Richoos Value Mart Project

Client: Richoos Value Mart, Ajman
Scope of Work: Design, Supply and Installation of Packaged Units with Duct Works

Project Overview

For the Richoos Value Mart project in Ajman, we delivered a complete HVAC solution covering calculation, design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. The objective was to ensure consistent cooling across the retail space while maintaining efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance. Every stage was executed with precision to meet commercial operational demands.

After conducting detailed heat load calculations based on floor area, occupancy, lighting, and equipment factors, we designed a system incorporating two 20TR SKM Packaged Units. The units were carefully positioned to optimize airflow distribution and service accessibility. A dedicated fabricated structural platform was designed and installed to securely support the packaged units, ensuring stability, vibration control, and proper drainage alignment. The final configuration guaranteed balanced cooling capacity across the entire store.

The ducting system was one of the most critical aspects of this project due to tight ceiling space constraints and even externally at the insertion point. Our team executed intricate duct routing with precision, maintaining correct airflow velocities and static pressure requirements. Supply and return air distribution were strategically planned to eliminate hot spots and ensure uniform cooling. Despite structural limitations above the ceiling, we successfully delivered a clean, efficient, and performance-driven ducting installation, followed by complete testing and commissioning of the system.
